The Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Intellectual Property , passed on June 16, 2022, by the 15th National Assembly, contains important revisions regarding copyright, with a view to promoting and protecting creative works in literary, artistic and scientific fields and stepping up Vietnam’s international integration, especially its efforts to improve the legal framework on intellectual property. This article gives an insight into such novel provisions.
